Meet the Staff

Dr. Block prides herself on building a team of professional, caring and gentle people to assist her in her dentistry and with her practice. She welcomes you to stop in, meet everyone and get to know her and her team. Ask the patients…they'll assure you it's a fun and comfortable place to come for excellent dentistry.

Kathy Kathy – Office Manager

Kathy is the newest member of our growing team. Kathy comes to us with fifteen years plus of dental experience. She is a wizard when it comes to answering any of your financial or insurance questions.

Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, sports and car racing.

Teresa - Dental Hygienist

After working as a Registered Dental Assistant for years, Teresa realized it was time to expand her education and experience. She graduated from Normandale Community College with a degree in dental hygiene in 2004. She will do everything in her power to make your professional dental cleaning/maintenance visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Her love of learning and dentistry assures you the highest quality, most up-to-date care.

Teresa lives in Belle Plaine with her two daughters. Depending on the season, she spends her free time watching volleyball, track or basketball. She enjoys reading, gardening and cross country skiing.

Pam Pam - Dental Assistant

Pam is a Dental Assistant at Dr. Block's office. She received her degree from Mankato Technical College in 1987. She has worked chairside with Dr. Block since 1990. The aspect of dentistry that Pam enjoys most is giving people a great smile and building relationships with her patients.

Pam lives with her husband, Rick, and three boys on a hobby farm south of Prior Lake. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, biking and spending time with her family.

Michelle - Dental Assistant

Michelle graduated from Hennepin Technical College and is registered in MN as a Dental Assistant. She has worked in dentistry since 1994, taking some time off to start her family. Michelle has worked with Dr. Block since 2001. Having 3 young children of her own, she enjoys seeing most of the children in Dr. Block's practice.

Michelle moved to Prior Lake in 1995. She enjoys getting to know more people in the community through her work at the office. In her spare time, she enjoys walks with her boys, boating on Prior Lake, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends.
